  I wear between 6 1/2 and 7. In most sandle brands i wear a 6. the 6 is quite small and tight. My feet are too wide though i always buy normal width. I would definately go with the larger size if you vary between two. If i had sensitive soles i would not get these as the raised design on them isn't very comfortable. I wont be returning them to get a 7 as i'm not sure it would be worth the effort.

  I bought these flip flops for a recent trip to disneyworld. I also took a pair of easy spirit sneakers. Well after day 1 I switched to the flip flops and they were so comfy,even after all that walking. I would recommend these to anyone who likes flip flops.
