This case fits the gps perfectly and is durable. I think it would be nice if it had a zipper though.

This is a great case and I love it for carrying my GPS. The only improvement that could be made is a place for a spare set of batteries.

Case is VERY function for use on belt or attached to backpack or briefcase. Formed semi-hard shell provides good protection. One improvement would be to limit the opening angle of the front cover to about 45-degrees or less vs the current 90-degrees and add more webbing to the side so that the unit cannot fall out even with the cover open.

This case, about the only case for colorado, is rugged and protects the unit from dirt, and the environment.

I purchased the Garmin hard case with the intentions of buying a case that not only traveled well but stored my Garmin Colorado safely when not in use. It has lived up to both of my expectations. With the lid design you never have to worry about losing the lid or it being in the way. The rugged outside protects your investment and can take some abuse. I use this case while kayaking and while hiking. I would highly recommend this simple case design.
