Great shoes
My son loves these shoes! Fit true to size, great for his wide ankles and feet.
pretty happy with these
Bought these for my 15 month old new walker. Overall, pretty happy with them, but the soles are not quite as flexible as his Tsukihoshi shoes, which he wears most of the time. They also seem to run a bit narrow, as we were told my son does not have a wide foot, but the velcro on these only buckles half-way across his foot. He likes them, though, and they look nice enough to wear even when semi-dressed up!
These run a little small, but they are really good shoes
My grandson just went from a 5 1/2 xw, so I purchased these in a 6 xw and a pair of New Balance in the same size. The New Balance have plenty of room and these just fit, with a pinch of growing room. Usually the Stride Rite XW are easy to get on and off, these are a little difficult to get on because they don't open as wide. Otherwise I love the shoe. It's a really nice looking shoe, well made and they seem to be comfortable as my grandson doesn't mind having them on, as he does with some. I'd say get a half size up, but don't hesitate to get them.
