an unhappy cowgirl
unfortunately i must say that the quality of this hat was not what i expected. the material was so very very hard so it did not fit comfortably on the head. it was very stiff and ran small in size.
i would not reorder this hat. i found others for less money that were a better quality.
True Cowgirl Hat!!!
This hat is adorable, but be aware that it is hard like a true cowgirl hat, although pink it is realistic. My granddaughter is 3 1/2 and we got her a Medium and it fits great with a bit of room to grow. If you are looking for a nice hat that is a great price, this is it. It is not the felt playlike hat, but more true to the "real thing."
Very Pleased
I can't begin to say how pleased I was about this purchase. First of all, my five year old loved the hat. I had trouble finding a pink cowgirl hat that I wanted, but when I did, the company was wonderful to work with. We went to a western store after I ordered, tried on a hat and realized the the one I ordered would be too small. I went home, called the company and was able to speak directly to the lady that was shipping out the hat. She told me what size I would need and changed the size on my order before it shipped out that afternoon! I can't say enough about the company and the quality of the hat. I would (and likely will) do business with them again. My product shipped in a timely manner as well, so I had just enough time to wrap it up for my daughter's birthday.

Was very please in talking to someone at the store and received her advice in changing the size but when my granddaughter received it there wasn't any change in size so I guess it was already sent out or package for shipping and hadn't caught up with the computer information. But in all she love it and I thank you for making her day. I didn't have the heart to take from her and send it back the women was right I should of order a 1/2 size bigger then it would of fit perfect. As it is its a little small and she won't give it up for anyone. Thanks For being so helpful
