Walk a mile...

These are a bit shorter than the labeled size. A size 13 is probably closer to a 12. Probably due to the cush inside lining. Other than that a great shoe. Easy to walk in, no break in period.

Comfortable

My husband wore these shoes all through Europe for three weeks. They caused him no problems. He highly recommends them.

Good Shoes

These are well built shoes, typical New Balance quality and fit. I purchased the Velcro strap model which works best for me. The foot bed in this model is best suited for a NORMAL arch and foot structure. I have flat feet and arthritis and the shoes did not work for me comfort-wise. However, I gave them to an elderly friend who thought they were wonderful. They tend to run a little big so stick to your normal size or slightly smaller.
