Fantastic
I own two pairs of Rockport's Calimesa Walking Shoe, one in brown and one in black. They're the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased, and they look great. It's still too early to gauge their toughness, but so far so good...I couldn't be happier with them.
Worth the price
These shoes are great. Very comfortable with thick sole padding. They are on the more expensive side, but totally worth it (look very professional). The only thing that bothers me is that they are still made in China, but this in no way means that they are of bad quality.
Deal of the Year!
I was looking for a low cost, but stylish and comfortable shoe. I tried the malls and the outlets, but I still couldn't find IT! IT had to be black and comfortable, above all. Then one day while browsing through Amazon, I tried looking at Rockports, because I had remembered a pair of Rockports I had years ago. I saw the special price for these Calimesas and decide to take a chance....what could $ 44.00 buy me? Well, it bought me a very good shoe! Leather is great...a Rockport trait...as well as a comfortable fit. They're not a stylish as others I've seen, but the price is right and they have that Rockport comfort. Yes, they're made in China now instead of the USA like they used to be...but the quality is very surprising! Totally satisfied! This is really a great deal!
