Fantastic!

These are exceptionally well-made, comfortable shoes and a steal at under $65. I have several pairs of Allen Edmonds dress shoes and hadn't thought about them for casual footwear. I'm on my feet much of the day and these are just great. I also like the look much better than I thought I would from the photograph.

This is my 4th pair of Allen Edmonds...there is something about 'hand made in the USA." The quality and finish of all have been great...and these are no exception. This particular pair of shoes weigh a lot but give plenty of support. I walked around the Netherlands and Denmark in them with a 30-40 backpack and always enjoyed lacing them up. Walked into a shop in the Hague and a store owner was telling me about what a great brand AE is (this was before he saw that I was wearing a pair). He had the same pair on sale for 50% off...still more than twice what I paid on Amazon. You will not likely find these for a cheeper price.

One bit of warning- if you do not know the size and width shoe you require it is better to visit a store to try these on. I bought a pair of AE boots on-line about 5 years ago and have only worn them 4-5 times. They just do not fit correctly.
