up in the air
i needed to return the first shipment i got because i needed a smaller size, i placed the order again and sent back my shipment. The shoes came without a shoebox, just thrown in the box, but i could see the shoe was still new, so at least i got the important part. THEN I had to call because the refund they said i would recieve 3 days later still wasnt in 2 weeks later. I had to send an email because this company never answers the phone when i call. They emailed back and said they never recieved my return! I provided them with the tracking number that said it was dropped off, and about a week an a half of phone calls and emails... i finally was credited. A HUGE hassle overall.
Very pleased
I was very pleased with the product that I received and extremely happy with the timely fashion in which it was sent to me. That's really all I have to say because the shoes weren't for me. They were for my wife and she really liked them.
