Great item, horrible service
I paid about fifty dollars for expedited shipping and didnt get it. When i emailed them about their mix up, they said that they dont do refunds on that. Even though it was their mistake! I was mad because i paid more for my shipping than i did for my shoes!cute boots, not durable
they're very cute boots, but within a month of having them, they are ripping in multiple places, and one of the buttons has already fallen off :(not very durable. very disappointing, since $70 for a pair of boots is quite an investment for me!
