These be the Best

Sometime in the late 1960s I got my first pair of PF Flyers, an atrocious canvas sneaker that made the ProKeds and Chuck Taylors I started wearing a few years later seem like luxury models. Returning to those shoes as an adult, though, proved hard on my arches.

Enter the Simple Old School sneaker. True, the things are suede--more like my old Clyde Frazier Pumas than a canvas shoe. And they look like an old low-cut basketball sneaker swaddled in baby fat.

But, man, are these things comfortable. If these were available the expression would be walk ten miles in my OS Sneakers.

And the box they come in is a neat storage container for my daughter. Like my uncle's cigar boxes without the aroma.

Love everything about this sneaker. Prefer it to the women's design - much more hip.

Unique Fabric But Cool!

Fabric is Unique in its own way yet seems to be well made and Breathable.I think they will break in nicely and be a comfortable shoe.A Bit stiff out of box.I owned a pair of the originals back in the 90's and these definetley are comparible.8 out of 10

Simple O.S. Seaker Sneaker

Relatively comfortable shoe, looks good, although the sole tends to squeak a lot on hard floor surface. Overall a good buy and a nice shoe. I would buy other Simple shoes based on my experience with these shoes.
