Incorrect size, two size biger then market

Incorrect size, two size bigger then market. I ordered 11.5 size shoes, and received shoes, which was marked 11,5 and was 12,5" long, two size bigger then regular 11.5 shoes. I explained this problem to Amazon customer service, they send me return shipping label, I returned this shoes, and was charged for return shipping by Amazon after receiving refund, without any notification.

Beautiful but oversized

I love Kenneth Cole shoes. In fact, I've bought several pairs in about two years. Very stylish, durable.

But I hate the sizing. When I think I've unlocked the "secret" in Kenneth Cole shoe sizing... they change it.

I just bought 3 pairs... fortunately they are not too big for me, I can use them. But a year ago a bought a pair that resulted too big, I thought I had learned my lesson, bought three pairs that went with the right sizing.

Today I received another 3 pairs... half a size too BIG.

I hate that. Be warned, buy a half or a full size less than you normally do.

But the shoes are so beautiful... that the anger just dissapears!

Looks Great

This shoe looks even better than the picture. I have not worn it as yet though but looking on a detailed examination the quality of a Kenneth Cole Shoe stands out.....................

Product is of ggod quality but sizes run larger than usual. Had to return the product as buyer would not accept exchanges.
