I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks for my Husbands birthday, February 8, expected delivery date February 8-received February 12! Used the measurements that I was instructed to use which would be a size 9, received a shoe that was a very large size 10. Emailed for a call tag, not sent, called customer service to have a call tag "mailed". It is March 6 and my Husband still does not have his present. Should I ever take a chance and order from Amazon?

All birkenstocks are great. This sandal is no exception. Nubuck is soft and comfortable, too. Great company to buy from too, easy returns and quality service.

I have been wearing this model Birkenstock for almost 10 years. Through mid-atlantic rain, Alaskan winters, Arizona summers, and a day at Disneyworld they have always been reliable and stable.
