I just bought my 2. pair in a diff color.. they are fantastic, I do not understand those negative reviews at all. I love mine, so much. They run a bit big, so I ordered them 1/2 smaller than my usual size.
Very comfy, cute and sexy, is all I can say !

Versatile

At the beginning of the summer I was looking for a basic pair of wedges that I could use both with jeans and cargos. I found these and absolutely LOVED them. I wore them pretty much every day this summer whether I was running errands, working, or out for a night on the town. I have gotten so many compliments on them as they are versatile, comfortable, sporty, and sexy. Despite this, I do have some issues with them and can see why people don't like them (I read many reviews on other websites).

1) They take a breaking in period, but then they shape to your foot being the leather stretches.
2) The footbed in patent leather which is NOT practical. Yes, it makes them look classier BUT it is slippery and gets VERY dirty and continually need to be cleaned off from a combo of sweat and the dust/dirt that adheres to them. Also, they chip incredibly easily. I have chunks of leather missing from even the slightest scuffs.
3) They can be worn for hours either standing or walking BUT after about 7 hours they are horrible because they have absolutely NO CUSHION!
4) They don't like to be worn so much because I just discovered that the soles are separating from the wedge and I am annoyed about that. I paid 89 dollars for them only 2 months ago and I should NOT be taking them to the shoe repair guy already.

Like I said, I have worn these to death. I wear them with everything and have pretty much destroyed them, so I am looking for a new pair to reserve for next summer.

I do recommend them for people who won't be wearing them every-single day and are looking for a versatile sandal.

Save your money

I purchased these shoes because I thought they would be comfortable. I have numerous pairs of Kenneth Cole Reaction and Kenneth Cole shoes that I adore. They are usually stylish, well made, and comfortable. Just for the record, I wear high heels every day, so a little 3-inch wedge heel is nothing to me. At first these shoes seemed extremely comfortable while I standing still, but after walking two blocks they were not. After wearing these shoes yesterday, my feet are COVERED in gigantic blisters... from the tops of my toes and the balls of my feet. The buckles are poorly constructed and slip so that you are constantly adjusting it. When I have recovered, I may try them again in hopes that maybe I can break them in. Geeez, I wish I could just send them back! I hate these shoes so much that they inspired me to write my first product review.
