Cute and Comfortable

These are pretty and comfortable shoes for the office. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they run half size bigger(I'm a regular 6). They fit better after I tried them with shoe pads.

shoes are just ok

I wasn't real happy with the color when I received them even though I normally love metallics. The arch is a little high which makes my feet hurt if I wear them longer than a few hours. Definitely not a wear all day long pair of shoes.

THE Oxford for Fall!

You will LOVE this Oxford.

If you've read my other reviews, you will know that I'm a "vertically challenged" (5'4") guy married to a 5'6" giant (HA!), I usually try to avoid heels which are too feminine and these do this quite well... These give me the height without making me feel like I'm teetering... very stable shoe.

These look really great with jeans or khaki's. The dark gray is almost a dark taupe and will work with blacks, blues and browns.

The heel in the size 7 is right at 4.25", which is a little more than I am used to, but the slight platform takes the edge off even if it does make them slightly "stiffer" than I would prefer.

Size 7 is a true size 7. Width is dead on for a medium. You will want to wear hose, thin socks, footies etc. with these at first or you might notice some of the edges of the leather seams on the inside. These soften up after a couple of wearings and aren't a major concern at all...

The shoes are extremely well made and surprisingly comfortable for even long periods of standing. I wear these to the office frequently and they are still comfortable enough to go out to dinner, the grocery etc. even after a full day at work.

The platform is curved and does not sit flat on the ground which makes them a little more slippery even after roughing the bottom up. They even slid on carpet when they were new so BE CAREFUL. You will definitely want to get some nonslip pads to stick to the sole.

You will end up replacing the laces quickly if you wear them frequently. The tips come off. When you do, get some 2" longer to allow you to tie a bigger bow. This will help to keep them from coming untied without having to double knot them which looks bad. You might even find something to dress them up more like a ribbon or patterned shoe lace...

Quality is great, what you would expect from Nine West.

Nine West Women's Nobello Bootie The best boot I own. You will love them. Comfortable and look much more expensive than they are. Very easy to walk in as well, even with the high heel because they have a hidden platform. With it getting cooler, I've been spending a lot of time in these and they get more comfortable the more I wear them!
Nine West Women's Heech Sandal Feel great on your feet, but you are literally standing on-your-toes... but still very stable with the wedge heel. Allow plenty of time to put on and take off due to all the straps. Looks great with jeans and heel is not too noticeable. PRACTICE walking in them before wearing them out for a long time!
Nine West Women's Gaulla Sandal Looks great in Taupe, wears easy, and easy to walk in. After stick-on gel pads, very wearable for long periods. Wish they were a wedge to be less obvious, but I still enjoy wearing them.
Nine West Women's Elegy Tall Shaft boot They look great, but no matter how hard I try, I cannot walk in them without looking awkward. But still look good and are very comfortable when standing still or sitting. They also breathe very well. They fit perfectly in hose or thin socks so order 1/2 size larger if you want to wear thick socks. They breathe so well you won't really want to and socks may make them look lumpy.
Nine West Women's Eriley Ankle Strap Sandal GET THESE WHILE YOU STILL CAN in light brown. You'll love them with jeans and probably one of the most comfortable heels I've found. The functional straps adjust to fit you perfectly. The sculpted heel make these extremely light vs a round or chunky heel.
Nine West Women's Warshay Peep Toe Platform WedgeAnother Nine West masterpiece, especially in the dark brown. This is my favorite weekend shoe with jeans. Heels start out noisy but get quieter with wear. Slight cushion in wedge is welcome. VERY easy to walk in for a 4" heel...
Nine West Women's Undertoe Peep Toe Slingback I love this shoe in bronze when I want to really be "tall". Comfortable, but calves start getting a little sore after 3 or 4 hours... I did stick on some gel insoles as a precaution, but not really needed... Tighten the slingback to avoid the flapping sound and increase stability. Heel is a little heavy, but not too bad...
Nine West Women's Hearts Mary Jane This is probably one of the few shoes I have in a non-neutral color. If you ever try these on, you will end up owning a pair. Check out the dark blue for a great color... They are very feminine, which is a negative for me, but I had a pair of pants I needed something close to this color... The only other thing I found was a pair of blue and yellow docksiders that wouldn't give me the height I needed...
Nine West Yamaris Red wedges My wife has these and loves the slight give of the wedge heel. She bought me a blemished pair thinking we could have them dyed to a neutral color. Alas, the patent finish makes this impossible. BUT, they are indeed as comfortable as she claims... just wish I could figure out a way to wear red patent...
Nine West Women's Epic Slingback I bought these for $5 slightly blemished to get 10% off another pair. They are really too feminine unless I wear dark hose and dark pants. They are really comfortable, but I miss the stability in the heel area if I will be actually walking around much. Perfect shoe for a suit. And you ladies will love them with a nice skirt...
