The shoe was very comfortable but I returned them because of the color. It was a cross between pink and purple. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for the credit to my account. I did re-order in the Mocha color and love the shoes!!!
Excellent Shoe!
Best shoe ever. Great for every day. Wasn't sure I would like the wool, but it feels like I am wearing a slipper!

The softbed Birkenstock clogs are amazing. I would recommend the soft bed for new Birkenstock wearers and those who have worn them over the years. A must needed development in Birkies!
too pliable
I have been a consumer of Birkenstock for many years, and this was the first pair that gave me trouble. I ordered the anthracite wool, and was quite displeased to have them break on me only after owning them less than 5 months. I believe this material is too soft, too felt-like, and too pliable. Which is why the band on my shoe broke.
Fabulous Quality
Excellent birkenstock quality as usual. I'm a diabetic with neuropathy (or however you spell it) issues in my feet, and my Birkenstocks, including this new pair of clogs, are just about the only shoes I can wear. These had the "soft" latex lining, and it makes a huge difference in breaking them in. I'm very happy with these.
