Best Slides Ever!
When I first saw these, I thought that they would be good for in-house use only. However, after a few days, I realized that I was wearing them EVERYWHERE. I took these shoes/slides and 2 other pairs of footwear (sandals and shoes) on a trip to Bali and ended up wearing only these for the entire trip (through the sand/beach, on an elephant ride, walking thru town/villages, hiking, etc.). Extremely comfortable and easy to clean/rinse out sand. It is interesting that other users have indicated that they ordered a size larger for these slides. I needed to go a size smaller to get them to fit correctly.This is the most comfortable slips in the market
HeyI have the lime one, and they are so great that I wear them everywear. I am planning on buying an additional 2 slips in different colours. I Love DR SCHOLLS.
Comfy slipons for garden & yard
I found the old wooden Dr. Scholl's slides really comfortable....until my heel slipped out, and I ended up with a severly sprained ankle (that I've never quite recovered from) that put me in a cast for 6 weeks. My husband burned my sandals in the fireplace.I thought I would try these (they won't burn as easily). Glad I read the previous review & bought the next size larger. I wear a 9 1/2, and bought a 10. They're just about right & have some adjustment in the toe slide that comes in handy if it's cold and I want to wear socks---not a fashion statement, but a reality.
These are pretty comfortable flapping/slogging around the garden, or standing in one position while I'm cutting tile. They don't have quite the great arch support that the old wooden ones did, but my heels don't slip out of them as easily, either. It's less there will be a cast in my future wearing these!!! I haven't had any blisters, which is always a big plus with footwear I use in the garden.
